1. Acceptance of Terms

By messaging our WhatsApp Business number or using our services, you agree to these terms for communications related to our services including graphic design, packaging, pre-press, pre-printing, color separation, and advertising. These terms govern your use of our communication channels and services.

2. Services Provided

We provide the following through our WhatsApp Business Platform:

• Initial consultations and service inquiries
• Project quotes and estimates
• Project coordination and updates
• Portfolio sharing and service information

Full service contracts and agreements will be provided via email or signed written agreements. All completed work is subject to separate project-specific terms and conditions.

3. Communications Policy

• Response Time: We aim to reply to your messages within 24 hours during business days
• Marketing Communications: Notifications and promotional messages will only be sent with your explicit consent (reply "YES" to opt-in)
• Opt-Out: No unsolicited spam will be sent. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP"
• Media & Files: Any media or files you share remain your property. We will only use them for the specific projects you have requested quotes for or authorized

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our WhatsApp Business Platform for:

• Illegal requests or activities
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Sharing sensitive personal data (payment details, IDs, passwords)
• Harassment or abusive communications

We reserve the right to block and report violators to appropriate authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by Melon Advertising Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership is transferred per the project contract. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our work without proper authorization and payment.

6. Liability & Warranties

Communications via WhatsApp are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we provide no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of information shared through instant messaging. Formal quotes and contracts supersede any informal communications. Our liability is limited to the scope defined in individual project contracts.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted implies acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of significant changes via WhatsApp or email.
